Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions", "terms") carefully before using the https://www.22plots.com website (“the Site”) and the 22Plots mobile application.
Your access and use of the 22Plots Service is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with these terms which apply to all users, visitors and others who access or use the 22Plots Service
Accessing or using the Site and the 22Plots Mobile Application service means you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. 22Plots (“the Service “, “our service”, “us”, “we”) is an online Real estate platform, based in India.
2. When you register, open an account with us and use our service or access our site in any manner, you are the user or the Seller or the Buyer (“the User(s)”, “the Seller(s)”, “the Buyer(s)”, “you”) as the case may be and you agree to accept and to be bound by the Terms.
3. 22Plots is providing an online platform only (“the 22Plots Service”, “the Service”, “our service”), where listing plots and make them available for easy search for the buyers.
4. We only act as intermediary only for you as a Platform only (“the Transactions”) when we provide our 22Plots service. Any agreement or any transaction concluded between the parties for buying or selling, the parties are responsible for this. The party is responsible for any wrong information, whoever is posting the plot details. 22Plots is not liable for any such information.
5. You as the User, Buyer or Seller as the case may be, fully accept that 22Plots can by written notice cancel any posted listing any plot for selling or any transaction undertaken by any party, if in our opinion such posting, request or transaction breach these terms and any breach in complying to law & legal requirements of your country.
6. When you sell any property, you represent and warrant that you have read and accepted the Terms, provided true and full personal details and identification, given a true and accurate description of your item or items.
7. You can leave a review of your service experience on our online platform review pages. Reviews cannot be made in foul, racist or threatening language or contain threatening or abusive content. We will not permit reviews to be manipulated and generally we reserve the right to remove reviews or any communication from users, Buyers and Sellers that in our opinion contravene the Terms.
8. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive and a revocable limited license to download install and use the application strictly in accordance with the Terms.
9. 22Plots owns the intellectual property rights and you accept that using our service gives you no copyright or any intellectual property rights in 22Plots or the 22Plots Service.
10. You agree not to carry out any conduct or act that is considered infringements or damaging to our intellectual property rights in relation to our site, webpages, application or, of 22Plots Service. You are permitted the limited license for personal use.
11. Any content (“the Content”) submitted or posted to 22Plots Service is your sole responsibility. You agree not to infringe any third party rights in the Content. If you breach these Terms, and we suffer losses, you agree to compensate us for any losses suffered.
12. The Content is not monitored by us and if the Content breaches the terms, you agree that it will be removed. You also bear the liability for any deceptive or misleading content that you upload.
13. You agree to waive authorship rights to the lawful content that you upload and, you also grant us, a transferable right to copyright and intellectual property rights to the Content fully.
14. If you notice any content or posting is inappropriate or is not complying with the Terms, please contact us.
15. We have the right to prevent any posting, remove any or all content or require you to remove content that is/are without limitation considered threatening, abusive, offensive or in breach of the Terms without any notice when in our opinion or sole discretion the posting or content cannot be permitted due to breaches of the Terms.
16. To be clear, we are not liable for and without limitation: your breaches to another party; your economic loss; any pornographic unlawful improper, infringing, unlawful user content posted; force majeure; events beyond our control and acts of god.
17. You agree that you are sole responsible if there are any legal issue with the plots, which you have posted.

18. At any time, you can stop using our service by asking us to terminate your account. You also acknowledge that we can in the event you breach the Terms terminate by written notice your use of 22Plots Service.
19. Links to Other Web Site - Our service may contain links to third-party services or web sites not controlled or owned by 22Plots. 22Plots assumes no responsibility for and have no control over, the practices, policies or content or management of any third party web sites or services. You agree that 22Plots shall not be liable, for any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused in connection with reliance or use of any such content services or goods from any such web sites or services.
20. You understand that 22Plots does not control, and is not responsible for ads, directory information, business listings/information, calls between users, including without limitation e-mails sent from outside 22Plots’s domain or other means of electronic communication, whether through the Platform or another Third Party Website (defined below) or offerings, comments, user postings, files, images, photos, video, sounds, business listings/information and directory information or any other material made available through the Platform and the Service ("Content"), and that by using the Platform and the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise objectionable. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for and must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, that you may not rely on said Content, and that under no circumstances will 22Plots be liable in any way for the Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the browsing, using or reading any Content listed, emailed or otherwise made available via the Service. You acknowledge and agree that 22Plots cannot and does not prescreen or approve any Content, but that 22Plots has the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse, delete or move any Content that is or may be available through the Service, for violating these Terms and such violation being brought to 22Plots’s knowledge or for any other reason or no reason at all. Furthermore, the Platform and Content available through the Platform may contain links to other third party websites ("Third Party Websites"), which are completely unrelated to 22Plots. If you link to Third Party Websites, you may be subject to those Third Party Websites’ terms and conditions and other policies. 22Plots makes no representation or guarantee as to the accuracy or authenticity of the information contained in any such Third Party Website, and your linking to any other websites is completely at your own risk and 22Plots disclaims all liability thereto.
21. You hereby acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your own Content posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the Service and the consequences of posting, transmitting, linking or publishing it. More specifically, you are solely responsible for all Content that you upload, email or otherwise make available via the Service. In connection with such Content posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the Service by you, you affirm, acknowledge, represent, warrant and covenant that: (i) you own or have and shall continue to, for such time the Content is available on the Platform, have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use such Content on the Service and Platform (including without limitation all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all such Content) and authorize 22Plots to use such Content to enable inclusion and use of the Content in the manner contemplated by the Service, the Platform and these Terms; and (ii) you have the written consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person or business in the Content to use the name or likeness of each and every such identifiable individual person or business to enable inclusion and use of the Content in the manner contemplated by the Service, the Platform and these Terms. For clarity, you retain all of your ownership rights in your Content; however, by submitting any Content on the Platform, you hereby grant to 22Plots an irrevocable, non-cancellable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the Content in connection with the Platform and 22Plots's (and its successors') business, including without limitation for the purpose of promoting and redistributing part or all of the Platform and Content therein (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels now or hereafter known. These rights are required by 22Plots in order to host and display your Content. Furthermore, by you posting Content to any public area of the Service, you agree to and do hereby grant to 22Plots all rights necessary to prohibit or allow any subsequent aggregation, display, copying, duplication, reproduction, or exploitation of the Content on the Service or Platform by any party for any purpose. 22Plots makes no warranty the veracity or the accuracy of the generated Description. The Description may be edited by you at any time while your ad is live. You also hereby grant each user of the Platform (a) a non-exclusive license to access your Content through the Platform, and (b) the right to contact you with regard to the Content posted by you through private chat or any other means. The foregoing license to each user granted by you terminates once you or 22Plots remove or delete such Content from the Platform. Further, you grant 22Plots the right to make available your Content to any third party in connection with the transaction contemplated in your classified advertisement.
22. 22Plots does not endorse any Content or any opinion, statement, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and 22Plots expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Content. 22Plots does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on the Platform, and 22Plots may, at its sole discretion, remove any infringing Content if properly notified in accordance with applicable law that such Content infringes on another's intellectual property rights. 22Plots reserves the right to remove any Content without prior notice. 22Plots may also terminate a user's access to the Platform if they are determined to be a repeat infringer or found to be indulging in any act contrary to these Terms. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had a user submission removed from the Platform more than twice. Further, at its sole discretion, 22Plots reserves the right to decide whether any Content is appropriate and complies with these Terms.
